I learned a lot from this class, like preparing sushi, history of sushi, and the origin of Kobe beef ect. We learned about the origin of Kobe beef and the Japanese knives, which was really interesting! The food was delicious and of very high quality. This class is worth experiencing, and I’m sure there will be a lot of positive feedback from future participants!

Learning new things and eating delicious food was really great! The atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt grateful to be part of this fun experience. The instructions for making sushi were easy to understand but a bit difficult to execute! However, the staff was kind enough to show us how to shape the sushi properly, and it was a lot of fun.

This cooking class was very informative, exciting, and the presentation was very interesting. I learned about the history of sushi and how to make it, including cooking the rice and cutting the sashimi. I would definitely recommend this cooking class to travelers seeking a special Japanese cultural experience.

It was really immersive and fun, and the chef had a really good character! I definitely want to tell people who visit Kobe to participate and experience sushi-making and Kobe beef Shabu shabu.
